Returns & Order Issues

All of our baked goods are made fresh and available by pre-order and pickup only. Because of this, all food items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

That said — if something isn’t right, we’re always happy to help.

Damages, Errors & Missing Items

Please check your order at pickup. If you receive the wrong item or notice an issue with your order, email us at order@banzbreadbox.com within 24 hours of pickup, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Photos are always appreciated and help us resolve things quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (including all baked goods)
  • Pre-orders and custom orders
  • Legacy-priced or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Refunds (When Applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
